Terms and Conditions for PulseTables

PulseTables is a SaaS platform powered by JAFC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using PulseTables (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

PulseTables provides seating management for high-traffic restaurant floors, including:

  • Walk-in seating optimization
  • Booking and scheduling management
  • Real-time performance metrics
  • Manual override controls

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Account Registration

To use PulseTables, you must provide accurate information and maintain your credentials’ security. You are responsible for all activities on your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interfering with system performance.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Fees are billed in advance (monthly/annually).
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
  • Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your data; we are granted a limited license to process it.
  • PulseTables and JAFC own all platform content, software, and branding.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Limitation of Liability

PulseTables and JAFC are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, data loss, or business interruption beyond reasonable control.

8. Termination

Accounts may be terminated for violations or non-payment. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of JAFC's operations.

PulseTables, powered by JAFC, provides subscription-based services.

Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or subscription renewal.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@pulsetables.com and include:

  • Your account details
  • Transaction information
  • Reason for the request

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days.

Additional Notes

Refunds are issued in accordance with Paddle’s role as the Merchant of Record and may be subject to their processing policies.
